1. About Esqura
Esqura (esqura.com) is a property platform run by Proactive Partners Properties and Manpower, Mumbai – 400008 (GSTIN 27AQOPK4625K1ZE). By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. What we do
Esqura lists commercial and residential properties and connects buyers, tenants, owners, channel partners and developers. We check listings before they go live, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Before committing to any deal, please check title, RERA registration, approvals and other details yourself.
3. Your account
You agree to give correct details and to keep your login private. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
4. Posting a property
Posting a property on Esqura is free. You confirm that you are allowed to list the property and that the details, prices and photos you give are accurate. Esqura may edit, pause or remove any listing without notice.
5. Paid plans
- Some features need a paid plan. Plans run for the period shown when you buy them and do not renew automatically.
- Prices are shown excluding GST; 18% GST is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is emailed to you and is also available in your account.
- Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Brokerage
A subscription is separate from any brokerage fee on a transaction. Any brokerage is agreed separately, in writing, for each deal.
7. Contact details and fair use
Esqura never shares the contact details of clients, owners, channel partners or developers with anyone else — our team makes every introduction. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish listings, photos or brochures;
- use the site to get around Esqura and deal directly with a party you found through it;
- post false, misleading or unlawful content.
8. Content
Listing photos, brochures, market insights and Investment Journey analyses belong to Esqura or the listing owner and may not be reused without permission. Investment analyses and calculators are illustrations only and are not financial, legal or tax advice.
9. Liability
Esqura is not a party to any deal between users and is not responsible for its outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Esqura in the previous 12 months.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
