- Your name, phone number, email and account type.
- Your property requirements, the listings you post, and your enquiries and shortlists.
- Billing details for invoices, such as company name and GSTIN.
- Payment references.
We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — Razorpay handles those directly.
3. How we use it
- To match you with suitable properties or clients.
- To contact you about your enquiries and listings.
- To run your account and plan, and to issue invoices.
- To send property updates, at a frequency you can change at any time.
4. Your contact details stay with us
We never share the contact details of clients, owners, channel partners or developers with any other party. The only exceptions are:
- service providers who run the site for us (payment processing, email and hosting), and only for that purpose;
- where the law requires it.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to make the site work properly.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
